Orders & Delivery

• Orders will be Expressed Posted.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on location and item weight.
• Estimated delivery time is provided between 5-10 days but is not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is handed to the carrier. However, Bijouterie would like to be notified if this occurs.

• Bijouterie is not liable for damage after pickup or delivery.
• All jewellery are handmade, colours and creations may slightly vary, however Bijouterie endeavours to keep consistency.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are non-refundable after 24 hours of the order being placed.
• Custom order requests are non-refundable once production begins.
• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
• Exchanges subject to product availability.
